We protect your Personal Identifying Information transmitted over the internet using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. The information is stored on our databases and maintained for a minimum of seven (7) years.  

Access to the database will be limited to authorized representatives with security clearance, such as the Chief Informational Officer (CIO), Privacy Officer, and IT (Captivate Softech), who are required to keep information confidential.

PII is stored in Apollo Managed Care, Inc. databases, overseen by Apollo Managed Care, Inc.’s Chief Information Officer (CIO) and maintained by Meditab, Inc. as well as in the Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) software, Claritysoft.

How Do We Protect Your Information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter and submit your personal information.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Database to be only accessed by those authorized with special access rights to our systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
