Apollo Managed Care does not collect Personal Health Information (PHI) under any circumstances. If we receive PHI the information received will be permanently destroyed as soon as we are aware of the information and inform you we do not accept this information.

Website Analytics

In order to help make our site more useful to you, Apollo Managed Care. uses a third-party vendor – Google Analytics, to collect information automatically and continuously. HTTP Cookies are used to “remember” what a user has done and collect this data. No PII is collected in this process.

In connection with the transaction Apollo Managed Care may also contact you as part of our customer satisfaction surveys and for market research purposes. The information provided will never be sold to third parties for purposes of marketing, advertising, or promotion without their consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested. 

We protect your Personal Identifying Information transmitted over the internet using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. The information is stored on our databases and maintained for a minimum of seven (7) years. 

Access to the database will be limited to authorized representatives with security clearance, such as the Chief Informational Officer (CIO), Privacy Officer, and IT (Captivate Softech), who are required to keep information confidential.

PII is stored in Apollo Managed Care databases, overseen by Apollo Managed Care Chief Information Officer (CIO) and maintained by MedVision Solutions, as well as in the Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) software, Claritysoft.

How Do We Protect Your Information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter and submit your personal information.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Database to be only accessed by those authorized with special access rights to our systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
